FEROL EOOD is registered in Sofia and trades wholesale in textile products and goods for the home. The company works as the commercial link between manufacturing and retail: assembling the range, agreeing specifications and organising delivery of the consignment.
We do not sell at retail. The smallest unit of cooperation is a consignment against an agreed specification, with documentation for the transaction and clear terms on timing and acceptance.

Every group is assembled to order: composition, weight, size range, packaging and labelling are agreed before the order is placed. The exact list of articles and prices sits in the current price list.

From enquiry
to acceptance
The sequence is the same for a first order and a repeat one. Each step closes with a document, so both sides hold the same understanding of what is being bought.
- Enquiry and briefProduct group, volume, target segment, requirements for composition and packaging. This step settles what actually needs to be bought.
- Selection and quotationWe put the items together and send a specification with composition, weight, sizes and a price for the agreed volume.
- SamplesWhere agreed, we supply samples of the selected articles so the material and colour can be judged before the order is placed.
- Contract and orderSpecification, timing, payment and acceptance terms are fixed in writing. The order goes in only once both sides have confirmed.
- Delivery and paperworkThe consignment ships with the full set of accompanying documents and packaging marked to the agreed format.
Cloth is chosen
by hand
A catalogue photograph carries neither the weight, nor the character of the surface, nor the way a material behaves after washing. So we agree a sample for every article selected: it costs less than being wrong at volume.
